Jean O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, employee engagement, and change management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Wayfinder Careers since September 2024 and holding a key role in Global D&A Capability, Comms & Change at Kellanova since October 2022, Jean previously excelled as the Technology Employee Experience Lead at AIB from August 2016 to September 2022, where noteworthy achievements include the design and implementation of talent and engagement programs, culminating in the CIPD Ireland Award for Empowerment & Trust in 2020. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at e-Frontiers Ltd from April 2014 to September 2016.
