Gareth E. is an experienced organisational change leader and project manager, currently serving as the Global Organisational Change Leader for Microsoft 365 Copilot at Kellanova since December 2023. Prior to this role, Gareth E. was the IT Governance & Organisational Change Lead for Power Platform at Kellogg Company and held various roles within the same company, focusing on Microsoft 365 user adoption, technology adoption consulting, and digital workplace project management. As the Owner/Director of Sevan Digital since 2015, Gareth E. has provided organisational change management, ERP training, and project management services to enterprise clients. Earlier career highlights include founding Floatdene Green, a top UK IT training company, and consulting roles in SAP and JD Edwards training projects for major corporations. Gareth E. holds a first-class Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Staffordshire University.
