Brett Read is a seasoned packaging engineer with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Lead Packaging Engineer at Kellanova since October 2023, Brett previously held the position of Packaging Engineer at Kellogg Company from November 2016, focusing on innovations and projects for well-known snack brands. Prior to Kellogg, Brett worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including Global Hair Care Innovation Technical Readiness Leader and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing packaging innovation projects for global hair care brands such as Pantene and Old Spice. Brett's expertise extends to bottle development and technical readiness for Fabric Care brands, along with experience as an intern in the Blades & Razors division, where contributions centered on cost reduction and sustainability initiatives. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University.
