Andy Lewis is an experienced Senior Technical & Operations Manager currently leading a 24/7 team of 320 at Kellanova, overseeing production across six lines while supporting continuous improvement and maintenance initiatives. With a rich history at Kellogg Company that spans twenty years, Andy has held various leadership roles, including Business Unit Manager and Autonomous Maintenance Lead, where implementation of maintenance systems and accountability for production KPIs were key responsibilities. Andy's early career includes hands-on positions such as Craft Lead and Shift Electrician, complemented by an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wrexham University.
