Subhajit Das currently serves as the Head of Customer Success Operations at Keka HR, where responsibilities include driving customer onboarding optimization, churn reduction, and customer health scoring. Previously, Subhajit held the position of Program Manager in Customer Success at Keka HR, focusing on improving customer engagement metrics and managing churn. As a Partner at Grassroots Football Development Trust, Subhajit has been involved in nurturing sports skills among youth and underprivileged children since 2017. Prior to these roles, Subhajit worked as Central Operations Manager at Park+, overseeing process improvements and ERP implementation, and co-founded Aktion Home Services Pvt Ltd., serving as COO. Additional experience includes Project Manager at OYO and Management Trainee at Blinkit. Subhajit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
