KEIYO GAS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of gas. The Company operates in three business segments. The Gas segment is engaged in the production, supply and sale of city gas, mainly to Ichigawa City, Matsudo City, Kamagaya City, Urayasu City, Funabashi City and Kashiwa City. The Real Estate Rental segment is engaged in the leasing of real estate, office buildings and land. The Others segment is engaged in gas fitting works, the sale of gas equipment, as well as the provision of meter reading services and information processing services. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had four subsidiaries, two associated companies and one affiliated company.
