Eugene Khashper is a seasoned professional in utility coordination and management, currently serving as the Director of Utility Coordination at KEITH since September 2019. Prior to this role, Eugene worked at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as the District Utilities Administrator from December 2017 to September 2019, overseeing the Utilities section in the office of design. Between September 2014 and December 2017, Eugene was a Utility Project Manager at FDOT, managing Districtwide Utility Coordination contracts and overseeing utility coordination for roadway projects. Eugene's career began at The Corradino Group, where Eugene worked from August 2006 to September 2014 as a Construction Utility Coordinator, providing in-house consulting for the FDOT District 6 Construction office and reviewing contract plans for roadway projects.
