Benjamin Donald has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Benjamin started their career in 2013 as a Personal Banker at Citizens National Bank. In 2015, they joined Keesler Federal Credit Union as a Manager and later was promoted to Regional Manager in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Branch Operations at Keesler Federal Credit Union.

Benjamin Donald is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance at Louisiana State University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2012. Before attending The University of Southern Mississippi, they attended Meridian Community College from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
