Sam Rhodes has extensive experience in the construction industry, serving in various managerial roles at Keepmoat Homes since January 2020, including Senior Site Manager, Construction Site Manager, and Assistant Site Manager. Prior to Keepmoat Homes, Sam worked at Barratt Developments plc from August 2016 to January 2020 as an Assistant Site Manager and Trainee Assistant Site Manager. Earlier experience includes a position at Markovitz Ltd as a building material supplier and a role as Delivery Manager at Decathlon, where effective team management and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Sam also gained foundational skills as a farm laborer at Woodthorpe Grange Farm, focusing on public communication, health and safety, and financial management. Sam holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University, awarded under scholarship, and a BSc (Hons) in Built Environment, specializing in Construction Site Management. Education also includes a background in Industrial and Product Design from Tupton Hall.
