Bendita Cynthia Malakia, Esq., CPC, ELI-MP, currently serves as an Advisor at Keep Company and as a Diversity & Engagement Leader at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, both since 2022. Bendita is the founder of MALAKIA, a consultancy focused on inclusive leadership and professional coaching, established in 2016. Previous roles include Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Hogan Lovells, Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs, and Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, where Bendita specialized in energy and infrastructure law. Bendita holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College.
