Nick Timmermann is the Chief Estimator of the Civil Group at L. Keeley Construction. Prior to this role, Nick held positions as a Senior Estimator and Estimator at MC Industrial, Inc. Nick also worked as an Intern/Assistant Project Manager at Korte & Luitjohan Contractors. Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In their roles, Nick has developed price proposals for construction projects in various industrial markets and has experience in both hard bid projects and project management tasks.
