Paras Nayyar is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and CFO at Kedaara Capital since September 2024. Prior to this role, Paras held the position of Chief Financial Officer at True North Co from August 2016 to September 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer at CRISIL Limited and Head of Finance at L&T Investment Management Limited. Additional roles were held at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where Paras progressed from Manager to Head of Finance-India Mutual Funds, and at KPMG in the Assurance Division. Paras holds an Executive Education certificate from The Wharton School, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com (H) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
