Pamela Macasero Hwang is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in system analysis and implementation within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at Keck Medicine of USC since October 2017, Pamela has previously held significant roles at Methodist Hospital of Southern California and City of Hope, where responsibilities included managing patient registration and accounting systems, and leading various EMR and patient scheduling projects. Additional experience includes positions at Aptium Oncology, Prescription Solutions, Disney Consumer Products, and Business Engine, showcasing expertise in project management, system upgrades, user requirements gathering, and documentation. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
