Anna Dušková has worked in the customer service and sales industry for over 10 years. Anna began their career in 2010 as a Shop Consultant at T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. In 2013, they moved to a Store Manager role at T-Mobile Czech Republic, and then in 2015 they became a Sales & Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Human Garden. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist at Talmundo, and is currently a Customer Success Manager at Keboola.

Anna Dušková attended the VŠFS from 2010 to 2015, where they studied Veřejná správa v ČR.
