Mihai Badila is an experienced Operations Project Manager at KEBA Group since November 2019, specializing in project management, customer negotiations, and documentation management within the banking and parcel delivery industries, with proficiency in Agile methodology, SQL, and Linux servers. Prior to this role, Mihai held various positions at UPC Romania from November 2009 to October 2019, including Project Coordinator, Technical Trainer, Technical Team Manager, and Technical Dispatch Backoffice, contributing to the automation of customer care processes, launching new communication channels, and managing team training and schedules.
