Matthew M. Allen

Matt Allen practices in the firm's Litigation Group, assisting clients with general litigation matters including case development, discovery and deposition practice, trial preparation including drafting pretrial motions, and dispute resolution.

Matt has experience in all aspects of civil litigation and state appellate practice including transportation and employment litigation. Prior to joining KMK Law, Matt was an associate at a national law firm, where he focused on complex and international tort litigation. He serviced one of the largest and longest running MDL’s in the United States defending claims arising under the Alien Tort Statue, the Torture Victim Protection Action, and foreign law.

Matt earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2016, cum laude, where he was Managing Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and served as a Research Assistant to Professor Michael Solimine. Matt also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Susan Dlott, Southern District of Ohio.

Matt earned his B.A. from Xavier University, cum laude, in 2013, and is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
