Karin Goitman is an associate in the firm's Mass Tort Settlement Trusts & Insurance Group. She has legal experience working for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the South District of Ohio. She also has legal experience working with several civil rights organizations in Washington, D.C., including the Anti-Defamation League and the Human Rights Campaign.

Prior to joining KMK, Karin worked as a consultant for Chevy Chase Law, PLLC in Washington, D.C. Karin earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2020, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Karin was a teaching assistant to a legal writing professor and served as a Note & Comment Editor with the American University International Law Review.

Prior to her legal career, Karin worked in Kharkov, Ukraine and New York City with a large humanitarian relief organization, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. She has also previously worked with a Member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Karin is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia; she is not licensed in Ohio.
