Janelle Thompson practices in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions Group, where she assists private and publicly held companies with a wide variety of corporate transactions.

Janelle earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Janelle merged her undergraduate background in environmental science with the legal field through an externship with Greater Cincinnati Water Works, where she focused her efforts on the Lead Awareness Program. Janelle completed an independent research project with a professor that led to a publication in the Boston University Law Review, and was also a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Janelle also served as a summer associate at KMK Law in 2020 and 2021.

Janelle is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
