Eric Gregoire is currently a Board Member at KEARSGE REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager at North America Sales Operations at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from October 2013 to January 2021.

During their time at Alcatel-Lucent, Eric was responsible for overseeing a team that provided Deal Desk functionality such as RFx responses, proposals, Professional Services, Managed Services and renewals for the Enterprise voice and data business across North America. In addition, they managed Federal and SLED (state, local, education) contracts to provide purchasing vehicles for government, education and non-profits that generated millions of dollars in sales.

Eric was also responsible for onboarding and training new sales team members, providing training on Opportunity Lifecycle processes. Eric examined business from a variety of perspectives to fully understand greater financial situation and utilized SalesForce and other tools. Eric also participated in Forecasting activities.

Every month, Eric compiled a financial actual file from SAP, BI and other sources to calculate Sales Incentives and provided sales data to the organization.

Eric Gregoire has a MBA in Applied Management from Daniel Webster College, a B-IT in Information Technology from AIU, and various certifications from HubSpot Academy, LinkedIn, Alcatel-Lucent, and Microsoft.
