Nishant Nishchal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and business strategy, currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since April 2011, where previous roles included Principal, Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. Nishant has led multiple projects, such as natural gas demand estimation for a leading oil and gas joint venture in India, a go-to-market strategy for an Indian bread manufacturer, and market potential assessments for various international clients. Prior to Kearney, Nishant gained valuable experience as an IC Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor, where rapid promotion to Team Leader was achieved, and completed internships at Goldman Sachs and Kearney. Nishant holds a PGDM in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and has participated in a student exchange program at HEC Paris, along with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
