Hayley Cannon is a Recruiting Specialist at Kearney since December 2021, with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Prior to Kearney, Hayley served as a Recruiter at JM Search from March 2020 to December 2021 and worked as a Market Analyst. Previous experience includes a contract position as a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Weber-Stephen Products LLC and a Supply Chain & Logistics Recruiter at CS Recruiting, LLC, specializing in the transportation industry. Hayley also held positions as an Undergraduate Academic Program Coordinator of Human Resources at Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and as a Human Resources Intern at both Ronald McDonald House Charities and Project Corporate. Earlier career experience includes working as an Office Manager's Assistant/Receptionist at Healy Scanlon Law Firm. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 2018.
