Cliff Yan is a consultant at Kearney since November 2022, with prior experience as a strategy analyst at ByteDance, focusing on monetization strategy in 2021. Also in 2021, Cliff worked as an investment analyst at Meituan, specializing in tech investments in robotics. Earlier in 2020, Cliff completed a project internship at Oliver Wyman, concentrating on retail and consumer goods. Cliff holds a Master's degree in Management from INSEAD and a BSc (Hons) in Finance, Accounting, and Management from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
