Wanda Wright Smith currently serves as the Assistant Managing Director at Kean University, overseeing the daily operations of the One Stop Service Center’s student support services. Prior to this role, Wanda was the Associate Registrar at Union County College, where responsibilities included maintaining academic records, advising students, and implementing technology solutions for registration processes. With extensive experience in academic administration and customer service in higher education, Wanda has also held roles at William Paterson University, Colgan Air, Inc., Verizon, and Rutgers University. Wanda holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University in Communication Arts and Human Ecology, respectively.
