Nicole Allen has several years of work experience in various roles. Nicole started their career in 2008 as a Cashier/Pharmacy Associate at Walmart, where they assisted customers and followed HIPAA guidelines. In 2013, they worked as a Therapeutic Staff Support at Momentum Services LLC, providing support to disabled consumers. Nicole then became a Graduate Assistant at Shippensburg University, where they maintained digital display images and provided support to professors. In 2015, they joined Amazon as a Fulfillment Associate, where they checked in freight and delegated tasks. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at ModCloth as a Shipping Associate and Trainer, training new hires and handling outbound processes. Currently, they are employed at KDL as a Financial Operations Team Lead, overseeing team operations.

Nicole Allen earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Nicole later pursued a Master's degree in Psychological Science from the same university, which they completed in 2016.
