Shasmita Panigrahi has work experience as a Salesforce Developer. From June 2020 to the present, they have worked at KCS - Krish Compusoft Services. Prior to that, from September 2018 to January 2020, they held the role of Salesforce - Senior Software Developer at Cymetrix Software. From March 2017 to September 2018, they worked as a Salesforce Developer at the same company.

Shasmita Panigrahi completed their education at various institutions and obtained multiple certifications. Shasmita earned a Master's degree in Computer Application from NCRDs STERLING INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, NERUL NAVI MUMBAI, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Arts Science and Commerce jobs between 2011 and 2014. Shasmita also completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science from RAMNIRANJAN JHUNJHUNWALA COLLEGE between 2009 and 2011. Shasmita Panigrahi started their education with a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in the state board at Yogiraj shree kishna vidyalaya from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Shasmita Panigrahi has acquired several certifications. Shasmita earned the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification from Salesforce in January 2019. Shasmita obtained the Salesforce Pardot Specialist certification in June 2018, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in June 2017.
