The Project Management Team at KBS is responsible for overseeing all phases of a project from design to completion. This includes coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. The team leverages their collective expertise to provide leadership, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Key roles include project managers, superintendents, engineers, and assistants, some of whom specialize in sustainable building practices as LEED Accredited Professionals.
