Pierre Kong has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pierre began their career as a Worker Intern at Etablissements René Collet & Cie, where they gained experience in civil engineering. Pierre then worked as a Seasonal Worker at DECATHLON FRANCE, primarily in order picking and receptionist roles. Pierre also worked as a Student Tutor at INSA Lyon - L'Institut National des Sciences Appliquées Lyon.

In 2016, Pierre completed an R&D Engineer Internship at ProLySP, a company specializing in cleanroom testing for the pharmaceutical industry. Pierre later returned to ProLySP for a summer job as a Member Technical Staff, where they assisted with technical missions and calibration.

Pierre joined UNITECH Alumni Association in 2017 as a Program Participant in a highly selective and excellence program. The program involved modules led by experienced professionals from partner companies and universities.

In 2018, Pierre worked as a Research Assistant at FEV Europe GmbH, where they focused on understanding the acoustic properties of intake and exhaust components in vehicle development. Pierre then moved on to Safran, where they held multiple roles. Pierre started as a Mechanical Engineer, working on high-power transmissions with new constraints. Pierre then became an Ingénieur bureau d’études mécanique chez Safran Aircraft Engines, supporting the design and industrialization process for turbine engines.

Most recently, Pierre joined Kbrw in 2021 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, leveraging their experience to drive customer satisfaction and success.

Pierre Kong has a strong education background in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Pierre obtained their High School Degree in Scientific studies from Lycée Public de Saint Just in the years 2010 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued further education and completed their Diplôme d'ingénieur (Engineer's Degree) in Mechanical Engineering at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they also obtained additional certifications, such as a TOEIC score of 980/990 from ETS Global in February 2017 and the Deutsches Sprachdiplom C1 from Kulturministerkonferenz in May 2012.

To further enhance their expertise, Pierre Kong pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2017 to 2018.
