Kate Nese, MS, RD, CSSD, is a highly experienced registered dietitian specializing in sports and eating disorder nutrition. Currently employed at Center For Discovery since August 2022, Kate provides outpatient dietary support for eating disorder programs. Prior roles include serving as the lead sports dietitian at Purdue University, where coverage extended to multiple athletic teams and Olympic sports during maternity leaves, and as a graduate assistant at Auburn University, where Kate worked with various sports teams. Kate's foundation in dietetics began with a dietetic internship at Lipscomb University, followed by diverse experiences in nutrition education, sports nutrition, and outreach initiatives. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University.
