Josie Maitlen is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and team development. Currently serving as a Junior Account Manager at KBM Hogue since June 2022, Josie previously held positions such as Account Coordinator at Insidesource and People Coordinator at Casper. Notably, during tenure at Warby Parker, Josie was instrumental in fostering inclusivity and proactive team development, while managing recruitment and building community relationships.
