Tanya Clapp is an experienced professional in biopharma and pharmaceutical sciences, currently serving as Director and Head of the AFS Program Management Organization at KBI Biopharma since August 2021, after progressing through various leadership roles within the same organization. Prior to this, Tanya held the position of QC Senior Investigator at Novartis Gene Therapies and gained significant research experience as a Senior Scientist/Group Leader at KBI Biopharma. Tanya’s academic background includes a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and postdoctoral research focused on formulation development at the National Institutes of Health. Notable earlier experiences include extensive research at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, contributing to vaccine efficacy and innovative laboratory techniques.
