Els Brusselmans has extensive experience in the financial and tax sectors, currently serving as a Strategy Advisor and Project Manager at KBC Asset Management since May 2018. Prior to this role, Els worked at KBC Bank & Verzekering for 17 years, holding positions such as Business Support Manager in the Group Solutions Center and International Tax Advisor & Transfer Pricing. Key responsibilities included advising on international tax impacts for mobile employees and corporate tax issues related to restructurings. Additionally, Els served as Chair of the Corporate Income Tax Working Group at the European Banking Federation from May 2015 to May 2017 and began a career at PwC as a Senior Tax Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Ghent University.
