Yanelys Rosua is an experienced project manager at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., responsible for managing construction developments and value-add projects, with involvement in the due-diligence process and Capex budgeting since February 2019. Previously, Yanelys served as an Assistant PM and Superintendent at Terra Group from February 2017 to January 2019, overseeing ground-up construction projects and preparing homes for occupancy, including contributions to the Modern Doral project. Yanelys began the architectural career at Cartaya & Associates Architects PA from July 2011 to January 2017, advancing from Designer to Assistant Project Manager. Yanelys holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University (2018-2020) and a Master of Architecture from Florida International University (2011-2015).
