Scott Dickinson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Scott started their career at Mobil Oil, where they worked as a District Staff Analyst from 1986 to 1993. In this role, they acted as a liaison between senior management, area managers, and sales consultants. Scott was responsible for budgeting, sales analysis, and strategic planning.
After leaving Mobil Oil, Scott joined PepsiCo in 1993 and held various roles over the years. Scott served as a Food Service Sales Manager, managing a team of sales representatives and key account managers. Scott then became a National Account Sales Manager, where they developed and executed strategic plans to drive volume outlet growth for PepsiCo's foodservice business.
In 2010, Scott transitioned to the role of Field National Account Manager at PepsiCo, where they directed national restaurant accounts and demonstrated strategic selling excellence. Scott then became a Channel Manager for Recreation & Retail, followed by a Food Service Senior Sales Manager. In this role, they oversaw business segments and managed a team of direct reports.
In 2014, Scott joined Dean Foods as an Area Sales Director, where they led sales efforts and collaborated cross-functionally to deliver sales targets. Scott'sresponsibilities included training and mentoring sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
Scott's most recent position is with Kayem Foods, Inc., where they are the Director of Food Service Sales. Scott took on this role in 2018 and is responsible for directing sales to retail and food service customers.
