Benjamin L. Heydlauff

Benjamin L. Heydlauff enjoyed a fulfilling first career in Human Resources. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2000 and continued his professional education through various organizations affiliated with and through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). During his tenure in Human Resources, Mr. Heydlauff worked in both the government and the private sector administering HR functions for organizations such as The Village of Tequesta and PGA National.

In 2017, Mr. Heydlauff transitioned into the practice of law, receiving his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During law school, Mr. Heydlauff interned with several organizations including the National Right to Work Foundation, Norfolk Civil Law Practice Clinic and the Suffolk City Attorney’s Office. After law school, Mr. Heydlauff worked as an attorney focusing on estate planning, family law, probate and real estate. With a professional background in document drafting, handling transactional matters and real estate, it was a natural fit for Mr. Heydlauff to join Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L. as an associate attorney to assist the firm’s clients on all aspects of community association operations.

Mr. Heydlauff is a member of the Florida Bar, a member of the Real Property Section of the Florida Bar and a member of the esteemed Condominium Planned Development Sub Committee. Mr. Heydlauff is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
