Dan Nawrocki has extensive work experience in various roles related to business, technology development, and engineering. Dan currently serves as the Director of Business & Technology Development at Kayaku Advanced Materials since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at MicroChem Corp. starting from March 2019. Dan also served as the Global Director of Research and Development Engineering at MicroChem Corp. starting from January 2011. Before that, they worked as the Principal Coating Scientist Conductive films at InteliCoat Technologies from February 2005 to May 2006. Dan also worked as a Product Process Scale Up Engineer at Rohm and Haas from September 2001 to February 2005. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Application Engineer at MicroChem from October 1997 to October 2001. Dan started their career as an Analytical Chemist at Con-Test in January 1996 and later worked as an Analytical Chemist at Ceimic Corporation from May 1995 to December 1996.

Dan Nawrocki has a background in various fields of study. Dan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they focused on Chemistry. Dan also studied Exercise Physiology at the University of Rhode Island and Fruit tree Horticulture at Dean College. In addition to their formal education, Dan has obtained additional certifications including an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan Executive Education and an Advanced Strategy Certification from the University of Chicago, both obtained in 2022.
