Douglas Marciniak has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry. Douglas started their career at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) in 1991, where they worked as a Controller for four automotive component divisions. In this role, they were responsible for supervising the Accounting and Financial Reporting functions, as well as budgeting and financial modeling.
In 2001, Marciniak was promoted to the position of General Manager, where they oversaw the overall operational and financial management of an Automotive Components business for ITW. Douglas also led the acquisition of a $40 million automotive components company.
In 2006, Marciniak took on the role of Vice President & General Manager at ITW, where they were responsible for the overall operational and financial management of seven automotive components businesses in the USA and Europe. These businesses supplied highly engineered plastic components to major automotive companies.
In 2013, Marciniak joined Anderson Copper and Brass Company LLC. as President. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operational and financial management of a multi-facility manufacturer of products for the plumbing industry.
Most recently, Marciniak joined Kay Manufacturing Co. in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. Overall, their expertise lies in operational and financial management in the manufacturing industry.
Douglas Marciniak completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from DePaul University, which they attended from 1976 to 1981. Afterward, from 1985 to 1991, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
