Jonny Mattsson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jonny is currently the CEO of O. Kavli AB, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Orkla as the Senior Vice President of Orkla Group Sales, where they headed a unit responsible for initiatives related to net revenue management excellence and online marketplaces.

Before their role at Orkla, Jonny held various positions at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Sverige. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Sales Director, responsible for overall company sales and strategy, personnel management, and achieving outstanding sales results. Jonny also briefly held the position of Head of Business Area in 2013.

Jonny's earlier experience includes a role as the Director of Accounts at Göteborgs Kex Orkla Brands Nordic from 2010 to 2013. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as the National Key Account Manager at Nidar Orkla Brands Nordic, managing a large retail account in Norway.

In their early career, Jonny served as a Brand Manager at Orkla Brands Nordic (Nidar) from 2005 to 2007, where they successfully managed two large brands and led several product launches. Jonny also worked as an Independent Researcher at Illinois State University in 2005, conducting research in the area of organizational behavior and HR.

Jonny's career started as a Management Trainee at Modern Times Group in 2004, where they were involved in everyday office management, contract negotiations, financial reporting, and sales controlling. Jonny also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the College of Business, ISU from 2001 to 2003.

Jonny Mattsson's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Uppsala University. Jonny pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in History/Human Resource Management and completed their studies in 2000. Jonny then proceeded to Illinois State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2000 to 2002. Jonny's educational journey continued as they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a Finance Concentration at Illinois State University from 2002 to 2003.
