Nanda Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Nanda started their career at Precious products as a Tool Maker from 2001 to 2003. Nanda then moved on to Philips Hitech Plastics India as a Technical Coordinator - Business Development for a short period in 2004. In 2005, they joined Satyam Computer Services Limited as an Engineer. Nanda Kumar then transitioned to Textron in 2006 and worked as a Sr. Design Engineer until 2012. Nanda'smost recent role was at Kautex Textron, where they served as an Engineering Lead starting from 2014.

Nanda Kumar attended Assumption English School from 1986 to 1997. Nanda then enrolled at Govt Tool Room and Training Center from 1998 to 2001, studying Tool and Die Making. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering at the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering.
