Gez Clough is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Kautex Textron since February 2012, Gez has also held the position of Maintenance Technical Shift Leader. Prior to this, Gez worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Magna Exteriors and gained valuable experience as a Maintenance Engineer at SAPA Aluminium UK Limited. Earlier in the career, Gez held supervisory roles at Dunlop Topy Wheels and worked as a Technical Engineer at Autobahn Porsche, focusing on engine build and development. Gez holds a City & Guilds degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tile Hill Technical College, complemented by foundational education at Cardinal Newman.
