Bilal Maassarani is a PhD Candidate and Researcher at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), where Bilal pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from 2018 to 2022. Previously, Bilal served as an FPGA Developer at Ericsson and gained experience as a Masters Candidate and Researcher in Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, where Bilal obtained a Master’s Degree in Applied Science from 2014 to January 2017. Additionally, Bilal co-founded CaseSensitive Smart Luggage, taking on the role of Hardware Lead, and worked as a WLAN RFIC Designer at Broadcom.
