Smiltė Juraitė possesses extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as Welfare Manager, Lecturer, and Head of Marketing and Communication Division at Kauno Kolegija since September 2014. As a self-employed business consultant and trainer since January 2015, Smiltė Juraitė also held multiple managing director positions at MAGNUS Hotel, DRUSKININKAI Hotel, and OAZE Leisure and Entertainment Centre, as well as serving as General Manager at KLAIPEDA Hotel. An educational background includes Master’s degrees in Business Administration from both BI Norwegian Business School and ISM University of Management and Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology.
