Seán Thomas Kane is an experienced course developer currently building online courses in History and French for Barstow Global Online since May 2023. In addition to this role, Seán serves as a team captain for volunteer ushers at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and has been a teaching assistant at Binghamton University since August 2019, leading discussion sections in various history courses. Seán also works as a freelance public speaker, web designer, and writer, covering a range of topics including politics and media reviews. Recent experience includes teaching middle school social studies at Nativity Parish School and previously holding positions such as graduate teaching assistant and cheesemonger. Educational qualifications include a PhD in History currently being pursued at Binghamton University, alongside several advanced degrees in related fields from institutions such as the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the University of Westminster.
