Connie Fratianni serves as Special Counsel in the Commercial Finance Group at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since January 2018. Prior to this, Connie held the position of Global Compliance Attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP, starting in January 2013, where responsibilities included regulatory and compliance advisory roles. Between January and December 2016, Connie was on loan to Pall Corporation as a Senior Compliance Consultant, providing counsel to the General Counsel on compliance issues. From 2000 to 2012, Connie was a Partner at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on Finance, Bankruptcy, and Restructuring, along with leadership as Personnel Partner overseeing professional personnel matters. Connie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and American Literature from Hofstra University, followed by a Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan Law School.
