Theo Adams has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current position as the Director of People Operations at Katie Button Restaurants since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Mosaic Company, where they held various roles starting as an Intern in August 2014 and eventually moving up to become an HR Sr Generalist until March 2022. Alongside their work at The Mosaic Company, they also served as a Reservist in the US Navy Reserve from August 2014 to July 2021. Theo's career in the military started in May 2013 when they served as an Ensign in the United States Navy, which lasted until July 2014.

Theo Adams received a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Georgetown University in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Notre Dame between 2009 and 2013.
