Sara Sedano

Information Technology Operations Manager at Katapult

Sara Sedano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sara began their career in 2003 as a New Accounts Representative at Downey Savings, where they opened new accounts for clients and assisted in the add on of necessary products. In 2007, they joined Rent-A-Center as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for marketing to existing clients and inviting new potential clients to try their program. During their time there, they were able to increase the customer base by 50-60 new accounts per month consistently. In 2014, they moved to AmeriGas as a Customer Service Manager, and in 2015, they joined Katapult as a Regional Account Manager/Training. Sara then moved to Manager-Training & Engagement and eventually became Director of Engagement and Experience. During their tenure at Katapult, they also served as a Training Manager, where they designed and implemented corporate training programs and procedures internally and for external business relationships. Finally, they served as National Integration Manager for Zibby by Cognical, where they provided a payment solution to the nonprime and underbanked online shopper.

Sara Sedano attended Victor Valley High School from 2000 to 2003, where they earned their Highschool Diploma in Journalism and Media. Sara then attended Azusa Pacific University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
