John Patrick Baran has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Co-Founder of College Bookstore Online in 2004. John Patrick then moved on to Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking as part of a Training Program in 2005. In 2007, they became a Program Manager at Oracle. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Nexsan as Manager of Corporate Finance, where they were responsible for the preparation of Form S-1 for the company's initial public offering. During this time, they also served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Brocade. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Analyst of Reporting and Automation at Oracle, and from 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Analyst of Sales Analytics at Hilton. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Sales Analytics at Katapult.

John Patrick Baran holds a B.A. in International Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
