James Fleming is currently an attorney at Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLP, where James manages all aspects of cases for clients. Prior to this, James had their own solo practice focused on patent and trademark matters and worked as a staff attorney at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite and the Arizona Justice Project. James also has experience as a summer associate at Carmichael and Powell, PC, and has a background in environmental health safety engineering from their previous roles at Bemis Company, Inc. and Alcan. James holds a JD from Cooley Law School and a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
