Manas Tare has been working in the technology industry since 2010. Manas began their career as an Associate QA Engineer at Hostway Corporation (now Affinity Global Advertising). During their time there, they were exposed to the open source automation world and was coached by highly skilled developers to work with open source libraries. Manas then moved to Deloitte in 2013, where they learned the basics of framework creation within the Java eco system. In 2016, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate and was able to further polish their professional soft skills. In 2019, they became a Senior Test Automation Engineer at National Australia Bank. Currently, they are a Senior Quality Engineer at Kasada.

Manas Tare completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai in 2009. Manas began their studies in 2006.
