Asraf Ul Islam is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as the People & Capability Officer at KAS Group Asia since December 2018. Previously, Asraf held the role of HR and Admin Officer at Carrefour Global Sourcing, where responsibilities included HR operations and recruitment. Prior to that, Asraf worked as a Contact Center Executive at banglalink, focusing on workforce management and call center operations. Educational qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, both specializing in Accounting from National University Gazipur, Bangladesh.
