Paulo Serpa is an experienced HSE professional with a robust background in safety management across various industries, particularly in the energy sector. Currently serving as an HSE Specialist at Karpowership since July 2022, Paulo oversees safety operations at two power plants in Itaguaí Bay while managing the HSE management system in collaboration with Plant Managers and the Rio office. Previous roles include HSEQ Coordinator at Modec International Inc., where leadership of the offshore HSEQ department was paramount, and Leader Safety Officer at Ocean Rig do Brasil, responsible for preparing the Rig Mykonos for acceptance audits and implementing safety protocols.
